Sinner: The redmption of Otis Leon Prince.

This piece is a symbolic journey into the afterlife, exploring the idea that even in the deepest damnation, there might yet be redemption. Might. Every element here is part of the story: the lonely barstool he occupies, the flower, and the deliberate color palette. I chose to give the environment a life of its own, making it a moving character that shifts and breathes around him. I have manipulated and lost forms to make them fluid, mirroring the turbulent, ever-changing nature of the inner self, the jungian shadow; one’s soul.
